Knauf Insulation Solutions

When your aspiration is to be the world’s most trusted partner for insulation, your approach can be nothing less than delivering the highest-performing and smartest insulation products. Knauf strives daily to challenge conventional thinking and deliver innovative insulation solutions that help create a better world.

We provide a variety of exceptional quality insulation products from Knauf Insulation for Central U.S. builders and contractors.

Knauf EcoBatt® Unfaced Insulation

Unfaced insulation is a plain roll of fiberglass insulation with no external facing. It can be used as is or with other vapor retarders such as polypropylene or polyethylene, per local codes. Unfaced insulation is a Class A fire-rated product that can be left exposed or used in various appropriate fire-rated assemblies.

Knauf EcoBatt® Kraft Faced Insulation

Kraft-faced insulation has asphalt-backed kraft paper attached to one side which acts as a vapor retarder and helps facilitate moisture migration. Because it is paper faced, kraft-faced insulation does not have a fire rating and should not be left exposed. Common uses for kraft-faced insulation include attic ceilings, exterior walls, and initial insulation applications.

Knauf EcoBatt® High-Density Insulation

EcoBatt insulation with ECOSE® Technology is a glass mineral wool featuring more than 50% post-consumer glass content and a bio-based thermosetting resin that provides its shape. High-density insulation is ideal for optimizing thermal values, particularly in small spaces. EcoBatt insulation also contributes to acoustical performance.

We carry Knauf unfaced, kraft faced, high-density, and other insulation products in a variety of thicknesses and R-values (from R8 to R30) to meet the complete range of your local construction needs.
